Muriel Schrikkema PhD is a partner and programme director at Direction Europe. She develops and supervises programmes regarding High Performance Leadership, team development, dealing with high- and underperformers, diversity & inclusion, and feedforward. Muriel also supports professionals by means of individual and team coaching and interventions. Muriel has a degree in Psychology and has completed various certification training programmes such as, NLP Practitioner, Personal Coach, Management Drives®, Real Drives trainer®, trainer and supporter in Systemic Work. She is the founder of the Direction Foundation ‘Finding Your Voice ‘ and assists in the ‘Run for the Hunger’, in support of leadership programmes of the Hunger Project.
Marco Schreurs is a cofounder of, and a partner at Direction Europe and the marketing director of the HPO Center. Marco is responsible for the global access to the feedforward analysis™. He is the author of the popular management books ’Animal Firm’ (only available in Dutch) and ‘A High Performance Organisation … What is it?‘. He has also written several articles about High Performance Leadership.
After completing her education at Nyenrode in the Netherlands and at Thunderbird in Phoenix, Arizona, Esther Mollema worked as a director for several training companies in the Netherlands, Japan, Germany, and the United States. In 1999, Esther founded Direction Europe. Since 2005, she has been supporting the search for success factors of High Performance Organisations. Since 2013, Esther is the Dutch partner of the Professional Boards forum. She has also written two popular Dutch management books.
Dr. André de Waal MBA is an associate professor of High Performance Organisations at the Maastricht School of Management and an academic director of the HPO Center. He is a worldwide renowned expert in the area of High Performance Organisations (HPO’s), performance management, High Performance Management and High Performance Partnerships. André de Waal has published over 300 articles and 28 management books in the field of performance management, high performance organisations and organisational improvement.
